This feature requires a DVD-ROM drive and is really just a bug on the disc. If you insert the DVD in your drive and use a program like 'Explorer' to check out the content of the dvd, you will find a folder that is called 'PC.' Inside this folder you will find a programm called RUNME.EXE. If you double-click this program, you will find two content sections presented to you. One of them is a section with 'Related Web Sites' that links to web sites pertaining to exclusive content on Sarah. The second section is called 'Multimedia Catalogue', which presents itself as a merchandise showcase with music from Sarah to add to the browsing experience.

BMG Music has released 'Sarah McLachlan: Mirrorball' with an interesting feature on the disc that is not completely obvious.
This feature requires a DVD-ROM drive however, and is either a result of a bug on the disc, or a last-minute change in the release. If you insert the DVD in your drive and use a program like 'Windows Explorer' to check out the content of the disc, you will find a folder that is called 'PC.' The 'AUTORUN.INF file that would usually auto-start the ROM-programming on the disc has not been installed correctly, practically hiding the contents in this folders from immediate view.
Inside this folder you will find a programm called RUNME.EXE. If you start this program, you will find two content sections presented to you. One of them is a section with 'Related Web Sites' that provides links to web sites pertaining to exclusive content on Sarah, her fan club and record label. Universal's Collector's Edition of Scarface contains some materials that are not immediately obvious when going through the disc's content.
Go to the 'Bonus Materials' from the disc's main menu and from there go to the 'Making Of Scarface' section. Although at first it seems this is only a documentary, if you bring up the documentary's chapter listing you will also find entries for the still gallery, outtakes and a trailer for 'Carlito's Way' that are mentioned in the disc's inlay. On the second DVD in the set, go to the main menu. Scroll down until you get to the last option. On the right you will see the "SE7EN" logo. Once you're at the last option, hit the right button and a square under the logo will light up. Hit the enter button, and you will be able to page through the credits of the technical companies who contributed to the DVD.
As you're reading the credits, look for the logo of each company. Highlighting them will take you to additional information about them.

There are two other sorta-eggs that can be added to this DVD.
The first one can be accessed by watching VERY closely at the end of the movie. To try not to give away the movie...just be sure to watch the last 5 - 7 minutes VERY carefully. A ONE frame clip of something rather, no VERY disturbing will show up.
The second egg is something you probably wouldn't catch if you tried. But when the credits first roll at the end of the movie...they roll down instead of rolling up...very uncommon for movies to do this.

There is a test sequence for a train crash using models that didn't make it into the movie. You get it by successfully completing the quiz to join Roy's gang, it's listed under special features with the heading "Shanghai Surprise." Also in the same place there is another quiz to join the royal guard, successfully complete this quiz and you get to see Chon Wang's (Jackie Chan's) drinking game scene with english subtitles.

There are two hidden features on Buena Vista Home Entertainment's release of the Jackie Chan movie 'Shanghai Noon.'
From the disc's main menu go to the 'Special Features' where you will find two quiz games under the menu entry 'Shanghai Surprise.' If you finish these games correctly, you will be treated to some additional extras.
The first game, called 'Roy's Revenge,' gives you the chance to see a preproduction animatic of another train crash scene that did not make it into the movie and was never shot. The second game, 'Chon's Challenge' takes you to the drinking game scene in the movie, but this time, the Chinese parts are fully translated and subtitled into English.

Well hidden within the menu structure, these interview clips are a bit tricky to find, but easy to access if you know how. From the disc's main menu, go to the 'Features' submenu and there keep going to the next page until you find an entry for the 'Cast & Crew Biographies' - don't confuse it with the 'Cast & Crew Interviews.' Usually not a big hidden feature proponent, Image Entertainment has actually hidden some additional footage on their release of the robot comedy 'Short Circuit.'

Sterling Home Entertainment's Millenium Edition of 'Space Truckers' contains a few very interesting hidden features.
From the main menu, go to the disc's 'Scene Access' menu and from there to section 'E'. Now push the arrow up key once or twice and suddenly a keypad will appear on your screen. Any time you type in a four-digit combo, like '1462' you will hear a cool quote from the movie.
But there's more. Type in the numbers '162', the digits are taken from a scene of the movie itself, and you will see a cool promo piece created a year before 'Space Truckers' began shooting. It is sort of a music video for the song 'Hauling My Asteroids Home to You' by Billy Swan, complete with CG images and conceptual artwork by Bernie Wrightson, Sorayama, and many more. You can also access these features directly by accessing Title 6 chapter 1 with your remote control.
There's even more to be found on this disc. If you win the 'Trivia Game' that is part of the release, you will get to four sections of conceptual artwork stills. However, you can also access these through your remote cntrol by dialing up Title 11! This exciting feature was uncovered by Robert Brouhard and Philippe Touillaud.

Insert the “Special Features” side of the disc and press the right arrow button when you see the message “Trip Like I Do” on screen. An image of Marylin Manson will appear. Hit “Enter“ and you will see a menu screen with three doors. Two of the doors will bring up a small animation, and if you hit them four times in a row, you’ll see the Clown speaking backwards. The one door that says “Parental Advisory” however will take you right to the video.

As in the other Bond DVDs, MGM have hidden some background information on this disc. This time it is information about actor Richard Kiel who plays the “Jaws” character in the movie. Pressing “Enter” will take you to the information screen.

It's a small, easily found egg, but I think it still qualifies. On the Special Features menu, highlight the little kangaroo (the logo of Pocket Books) and you're taken to a promo screen for the book version of "Storm".

A small hidden feature can be found on Trimark Home Video's release of the Stephen King mini-series 'Storm Of The Century.'
From the disc's main menu, go to the 'Special Features.' On this menu screen you will be able to notice a small icon in the shape of a kangaroo on the screen. Highlight this icon, which is the logo of the Pocket Books company, and press 'Enter,' and you will be taken to a promotional page for the book version of 'Storm Of The Century.' This

Standup Extra from Wrap Party

If you go to Roger Nygard's (director) Bio page, and hit the up arrow from "Main Menu", you get a standup comedian performing for the cast and crew at the wrap party.
*:The Sweet Hereafter
A rather unsuspecting hidden feature can be found in New Line Home Video's Platinum Edition of Atom Egoyan's masterpiece 'The Sweet Hereafter.'
It is very inobtrusively hidden in the menus of the disc, and it is audible. If you go to the disc's main menu, after about six seconds you will hear one of the hauntingly beautiful songs from the movie in its entirety. You can find even more of the romantic tracks in the disc's Special Feature menus the same way.
If you go there, after a few seconds you will hear other tracks from the film's soundtrack, isolated and in their full 5.1 Dolby Digital surround glory. This exciting feature was uncovered by Paul Schwartz.
