If you enter color bars and wait about 20 seconds the bars will disappear and you get bloopers from the movies.

New Line Home Video has hidden some great outtakes and bloopers on their 2-disc Special Edition of 'Magnolia.'
In best Criterion manner you can find color bars on the first disc of the box set which can help adjusting your TV set. Simply select these 'Color Bars' from the disc's main menu and wait for about 20 seconds. Suddenly the bars disappear and are replaced by 8 minutes of hilarious bloopers and outtakes from the movie. Check out Tom Cruise messing up his lines, or Luis Guzman in his 'Bath' scene.
Once the bloopers are over, the disc will return to its 'regular programming' - the color bars. This

You can find two hidden trailers on Universal Home Video’s release of the comedy “Major Payne”.
Go to the “Cast & Crew” selection from the main menu. Under Damon Wayans’ filmography, at the end of the biography, you can find a trailer to his film “Bulletproof”, while director Nick Castle’s filmography reveals a trailer to “The Last Starfighter”. This exciting feature was uncovered by Joseph Nazzari.

Hidden clips of Andy Kaufman

On the main menu highlight ANDY then it will bring up a mini bio on Andy Kaufman. At the bottom its says " This is HIS story." Little icons will appear on this line. Hit the up button to reveal old clips of great Andy moments, plus a shamelss plug to promote Bob Zmuda's book Andy Kaufman Revealed! Althought it was a great read, it was still a shamelss plug.

Universal Home Video has hidden some interesting additional clips on their release of the Andy Kaufman biopic 'Man On The Moon' that are a treasure chest of authentic material for fans of the late comedian.
From the disc's main menu, go to Andy's biography in the 'Bonus Materials.' If you go through the pages of biographical information, on some of them you will notice a small image of Andy
Kaufman at the bottom of the screen. You can select these images with your remote control by pressing the 'arrow up' key, and if you press 'Enter' after selecting one such image, you will get to
see some original footage of some of Kaufman's most memorable feats.
You will find live performances of the Animal Song, the entire Jerry Lawler Match as well as a series of clips that built up to it, and some other funny Lawler stuff here, as well as a commercial for Bob Zmuda's 'Andy Kaufman Revealed' book. If you've seen the movie, you don't want to miss these original clips that show you just how close Jim Carrey and the film portrayed these events.

Go into the Bonus Features and then into the deleted scenes and go over to resume movie and press down you should see Jim Carrey`s face pop up at the bottom of the screen press enter on your remote and you get a GAG-REEL.

At the Main Menu, put the unicorn at Scene Selection and leave it there until a yellow sign comes up. Quickly move the cursor up to "No thanks I feel fine" and hit select. The Screen will distort and turn pink. From the pink Menu select Bonus Features. From Bonus Features select Extended branching version. Then when back at the pink menu select play.

You can see what happened to Jim Carrey's missing thumb. A short clip appears at the end of the movie after the credits but before the end of the final chapter.

20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has once again hidden some interesting additional material on their release of the Jim Carrey schizo-comedy 'Me, Myself & Irene.'
From the disc's main menu, go to the 'Bonus Features' and from there, go on to the 'Deleted Scenes.' In this menu, press the arrow 'Down' key on your remote control in the first column of deleted scenes. Once you get to the bottom of the list after 'Bonus
Materials,' and you press 'Down' one more time, Jim Carrey's head will appear on the screen. Press 'Enter' now and you will be treated to a selection of hilarious bloopers from the movie.
Also, if you go to the main menu and don't do anything for a bout one minute or two, a menu will pop up on the screen, asking you if you needed to take a pill, if you answer 'No thanks, I feel fine,' all the menus on the disc will change to a red Hank menu...

Trimark Home Video have hidden three trailers for upcoming DVD releases on this disc. Highlight the Trimark logo in the main menu by pressing the Up arrow. It took a while, but finally the game in 'Mercury Rising' has been solved. Go the to 'Bonus Materials' from the main menu and then down to the 'Theatrical Trailer'. If you press the left arrow key now, the title on the magazine will change to 'Crack The Code'. You will then be taken through a quick series of screens that supply the decoding information for the last one, which will freeze on your screen. If you correctly decypher the codes, the resulting message will be 'Security Breach Level One'. This hidden feature has been submitted to us by Brian Davies.

In the special features menu are two behind-the-scenes documentaries, "Preparing for the Pageant" and "The Pageant." Watch either documentary to the end (or fast forward through it) and you will find a couple of deletes scenes after the behind-the-scenes stuff finishes. There are different deleted scenes after each documentary.

On this disc, New Line Cinema have again hidden some special thanks plus movie trailers. Go to the main menu and then down to the entry called “Scene Selection”. Now press the right arrow button on your remote control and the New Line Cinema logo in the lower right corner will be highlighted. Pressing “Enter” will bring up a screen with special thanks. If you want to see the movie trailers, select the “Cast Info” in the main menu nd pick either Chris Tucker or Charlie Sheen. If you go through all the text screens you will find a small button on the last one of them. Selecting it will start a small trailer with the according actor.

There is a complete hidden section on this MGM disc. Select the 'Special Features' menu and press the left arrow on your remote control. This should highlight the Spaceshuttle and when you hit 'Enter' the shuttle will launch. It will take you to a section supplying background information about the spaceshuttle in the movie. Also, if you keep the main menu running for a little while, you will be able to see the Spaceshuttle destroy the little satellite circling the Earth.
Note: This hidden feature can only be found on the original DVD release of this film and is not part of the re-released Special Edition.

On Anchor Bay's release of the Saturday Night Live romp 'Mr. Bill's Classics!' you can find a nifty little
Easter Egg .
From the disc's main menu, use the arrow keys on your remote control to select 'Spot,' the dog and then press the 'Enter' key. You will now be treated to a 'Spot' death from a Mr. Bill clip. As if this isn't enough, the hidden feature goes even further. If you do this exercise a number of times over, you will see that there are actually 5 different 'Spot' clips hidden here that will be selected by the player at random. New Line’s release of Jackie Chan’s “Mr. Nice Guy” contains some unadvertised bonuses. Go to the disc's main menu and select the Language menu. Once the animation is done you will hear the soundtrack in its entirety as background music for the menu screen.

Once again, Universal Home Video has hidden the complete movie soundtrack on one of their Collector's Edition. This time it's the DVD release of their action-adventure blockbuster 'The Mummy'.
Go to the disc's main menu and from there go to the Language menu. Once the animation has finished you will hear Jerry Goldsmith's flamboyant soundtrack in its entirety in glorious Dolby Digital as epic background music for this menu screen.
The disc also contains trailers to 'Gods And Monsters' and 'Darkman II' hidden in Brendan Fraser's and Arnold Vosloo's biographies respectively. This exciting feature has been submitted to us by Robert Karlsen and Paul Galley.

USA Entertainment has hidden an interesting, but suitable, easter egg on their release of 'The Muse'. Maybe the term 'Cookie' would be more appropriate than '
Easter Egg ' in this case, but here it goes.
From the disc's main menu go to the 'Special Features' menu and there select the cast and crew biographies. Once there, go into the biography for actress Andie MacDowell, and highlight the ribbon underneath her picture. If you press 'Enter' now, you will see a recipe for 'Laura's Cookies.' See, I told you it's a cookie, and not an
Easter Egg .
There is also another interesting and truly hidden feature on this disc. Go to the DVD's 'Special Features' menu, and then go to the bottom there and highlight the 'Muse' figurine in the lower right corner using the directional keys on your remote control. If you hit 'Enter' now you will be shown a small
informational section on the mythology of the Greek muses. This
