If you look at the “Making Of” documentary it also contains a section with an alternate ending, deleted scenes, production stills and more, all of which are not directly accessible through the “Special Features” menu. Use the chapter stops during the featurette to get to those parts at the end of the documentary.

Universal’s Collector’s Edition of “The Jackal” contains more materials than are visible at first. Without further mentioning, their “Making Of” documentary also contains a section with an alternate ending, deleted scenes, production stills and more, all of which are not directly accessible through the “Special Features” menu. These are just some items that are pretty easy to find, but just weren't advertised on the packaging.
There is a 25-minute documentary called 'Building Jacob's Ladder', as well as a full length commentary by director Adrian Lyne and three deleted scenes also with commentary, plus a TV Spot.
**:Jacob's Ladder
Artisan Entertainment's release of the Adrian Lyne film 'Jacob's Ladder' contains some exciting features that are not marked on the disc's packaging.
Apart from the advertised features there is a 25-minute documentary called 'Building Jacob's Ladder' on the disc as well as a full length commentary by director Adrian Lyne and three deleted scenes also with commentary, plus a TV Spot. Although these features are not exactly hidden and accessible from the disc's menus, we thought they are unadvertised and interesting enough to justify a mentioning. This hidden feature has been submitted to us by Jonathan Martin.

On the 'Extras' menu, press the five key. The B&W sketch of Yagyu Jubei on the left of the screen will light up. Selecting this will open a scene gallery from the end of each episode.
Then, cycle through the scenes until you reach the one that does NOT appear at the END of an episode - but rather in the middle (one to the left from the one you start in). From there, press down about four or five times, where another picture with super deformed POP/Cinram staff members will appear.

Go to 'Extras' and press the down button until Jubei's eye patch lights up. Hitting enter will open a hidden gallery of Yagyu Jubei sketches.
The very first picture should be one with Yagyu Jubei appearing on Jiyu's eyepatch. On this image, press the down button five times (watch the left corner) and an image with two super deformed POP/Cinram staff members will appear.

In the 'extras' menu, scroll down to the sign post on the 'main menu' sign, towards the bottom.. While on the post, hit the left arrow then the right arrow. This will highlight the B&W Jubei sketch. This will take you through the various ending stills of the Jubei sketch gallery.
*:The Judy Garland Show
Pioneer Entertainment has hidden an exciting segment on their release of the 'Judy Garland Show' four-disc box set.
On the fourth disc of the box set, on the first side of that disc, there's an unadvertised bonus segment that features Judy, Barbra Streisand and Ethel Merman doing an impromptu performance of 'There's No Business Like Show Business.'
The segment is not directly accessible from the disc's menus and in order to see it, you will have to play the Judy Garland / Shelley Berman interview outtake, and press the 'Skip Chapter Forward' button. another way to access it is to use your plyer's remote control to directly jump to Title 4, Chapter 1 to get to see this exciting, hidden treat. This
